Michael C. Pascoe
Upon starting Silicon Valley Law Offices, P.C. in 2012, Michael C. Pascoe made the conscious decision to build a law firm focused on Attorney-Client relationships. It was clear that providing a comfortable environment to meet and work, coupled with attention to the unique set of facts and circumstances each client brings, would have a significant impact on the client’s case.
Prior to SVLO, Mr. Pascoe worked for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. As an Advisor, he assisted corporate clients with various strategic business matters, including contract negotiations, business valuation, forensic accounting, and responding to the risks and vulnerabilities that come from litigation, fraud, financial mismanagement and other threats. His background in finance and business serves our clients well when there are complex property or high-asset property division issues involved and he is often able to negotiate or mediate with parties to reach an amicable settlement in a quick and cost-effective manner.
Michael Pascoe grew up in Chicago, Illinois. As a product of divorce, Michael conducts his family law practice with the experience and understanding that it is an emotional and stressful time for everyone involved, especially children. Mr. Pascoe proceeded to earn a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990, then an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1995. Michael attended Golden Gate State University School of Law in 2006, where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD). Mr. Pascoe is currently admitted to practice before all California Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
